We need a SIGNED written request for a transcript to be processed. Phone transcript requests are NOT accepted.

West Valley and Mission College
The West Valley Mission Community College District produces a single district transcript of courses completed or in progress from both Mission College and West Valley College, including credit, International Student Services and Community Education classes. Midterm grades do not appear. Note: All student records prior to Fall 1976 can only be requested through West Valley College.
Costs
The first two (2) regular official transcripts, whether ordered at Mission or West Valley, are free. Free transcripts can only be ordered by mail, or email, or fax. Thereafter, additional transcripts orders are $6.00 each and will be processed and mailed out within 5-10 working days.
Rush Orders (Suspended until further notice due to COVID-19)
Special Rush Transcript Service is available. In-person rush order requests the fee is $20.00 for the first transcript, with an additional fee $5.00 fee for each subsequest transcript ordered at the same time of the rush order. This applies to in-person request only. Online rush orders cost $20.00 per transcripts. (PROCESSING DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.)
Transcripts from Other Colleges
Transcripts from other schools/colleges will not be forwarded or released. Students may not obtain copies of transcripts from other schools/colleges through Mission. Student must request copies of transcripts from other schools/colleges from those other institutions.
Other Items of Note
When sending transcripts, Mission College CANNOT assure that your transcripts will reach its destination. Once the transcript leaves our college, it is the responsibility of the U.S. postal service. Lost transcripts may result in having to request and pay for additional transcripts.
ALL standard (non-rush order)transcripts will be mailed or sent electronically as requested.
Only rush order transcripts may be picked up in person.
Outgoing transcripts are not faxed to recipients.
